Terms and Conditions for Safa Bazar

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Safa Bazar mobile application (the "App") operated by safabazar.com ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the App and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Services and Products

A. Product Listings: We strive to display the colors, images, and specifications of our computer products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

B. Pricing: Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a service or product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service or product.

C. Service Bookings: When you book a service (e.g., repair, maintenance), you agree to provide accurate information about your device and the issue. Our service quotes are estimates, and the final cost may vary upon diagnosis. You are responsible for backing up your data before any service is performed; we are not liable for any data loss.

3. Orders and Payment

A. Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a product or service. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including errors in the product description, price, or availability.

B. Payment: You agree to pay all charges incurred by your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts. We use third-party payment processors, and their terms of service may also apply to your payment transactions.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of safabazar.com and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of safabazar.com

5. User-Generated Content

Our App may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you post, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the App. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit, post, or display on or through the App.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

1. For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
2. To harass, abuse, or harm another person.
3. To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
4. To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the App, the server on which the App is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the App.
5. To interfere with or circumvent the security features of the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall safabazar.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

1. Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
3. Any content obtained from the App.
4. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the App.
